Robbie Smith, the owner, and Instructor of Top Notch Home Inspection & Home Inspector School has been passionate about the housing industry for over 20 years.
Andrew Cools has a wealth of hands-on experience in various facets of home maintenance and renovation, with a background spanning cabinetry, plumbing, irrigation, and over a decade in lawn and garden care. Andrew brings a keen eye for detail to every inspection. He has extensive knowledge of the local area as a lifelong resident of the Olympia area. Outside of work, Andrew is an avid explorer of the outdoors, finding solace in hiking, and a passionate gamer always eager to learn new DIY skills. He's also delved into personal training, sharing his knowledge of health and nutrition with friends and family to promote well-being.

In 2020, she decided to venture into the world of business ownership! She has always had a passion for dogs and successfully started her own business doing dog training. With a strong background in social media and a keen eye for detail, Katella is responsible for creating and delivering effective social media strategies that boost our online presence and drive engagement. When she's not working on her next big idea, Katella loves to spend time with her two dogs and explore the great outdoors. She brings enthusiasm to the office, and we're thrilled to have her on our team!

Beyond his military service, Keenan has held various roles, including accountant and school teacher, showcasing his adaptability and attention to detail. Keenan has spent time in South Dakota and overseas, gaining a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for different communities. In his free time, he enjoys building and creating, finding immense satisfaction in completing projects. We are thrilled to have Keenan on board, where his unique skill set and enthusiasm will undoubtedly benefit our clients.

Meet Katella Smith, our Social Media Marketer! Daughter to Robbie and Lindsey, Katella spent most of her childhood in Lewis County, where she developed an early passion for business ownership and the housing industry – which she inherited from her parents.
Robbie Smith, the owner, and Instructor of Top Notch Home Inspection & Home Inspector School has been passionate about the housing industry for over 20 years. Specifically the structural integrity and the ongoing maintenance of homes. Before moving to Washington, Robbie was inspecting and repairing commercial & residential properties in Southern California for 13 years. To continue to build on his knowledge and passion for homes he added Home Inspection, Structural Pest Inspector, and General Contractor to his resume. To continue to build on that knowledge Robbie is an active member of InterNachi, the world's largest inspection trade association. Robbie's goal for his company is for his inspectors to give a professional, unbiased opinion of the home helping people to make a sound decision whether they are buying a home, selling a home, or maintaining a home they currently have. His goals as an InterNachi Mentor is to help, guide, coach, and instruct each of his students so they can achieve success as a new home inspector.

Greg Boulet blends his background in real estate investment and specialized knowledge of short-term and medium-term rentals to bring a unique perspective to our team. With a year dedicated to mastering the home inspector exam, and earning a degree in marketing in 2011, we are proud to welcome him to our team. Greg is originally from Southern California, but has embraced our local community for the past eight years, providing insights into the area’s various housing characteristics. Outside of home inspection, Greg is an avid scuba diver, yoga practitioner, and Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast.
