Inspection methods and tools

Inspection methods and tools are one of the main building blocks of Home Inspections training. Home inspectors use a variety of tools to help them identify problems with a property. These tools can include ladders, flashlights, moisture meters, and more. Home inspectors also use different methods to inspect different parts of the property. For example, they may use a different method to inspect the foundation than they would use to inspect the roof.

Home inspectors must be able to properly use all of the tools and methods at their disposal in order to provide accurate and reliable inspections. Home Inspector School will teach you how to use all of the different tools and methods properly so that you can thoroughly inspect any property. Find out what tools we use in our business by visiting our Home Inspector Tool Page.
